Amanda and Bill’s wedding will always stick out in my mind as the red neck wedding where all the groomsmen and even the bride had a gun.  Super fun times in black creek.  We were back in Black Creek to capture the beautiful bump of baby to be part of this fabulous family.  Not sure if baby will be born with a gun in his hand, but I don’t think it will be too long…. 😉

First wedding of my year, and was a great start for me to share the day with this wonderful couple.  Sweet, relaxed and fun and so good together.  As a westcoast wedding photographer it wasn’t a surprise nor a problem when it started raining, sometimes the best light and the most dramatic skies come with the rain…and thankfully this couple was relaxed enough to roll with it.

Homeschool mom friends, can’t live without them.  Tanya has been my shoulder to cry on, friend to bounce ideas off, and just plain my friend.  I am really thankful for people like her in, who I can share this crazy life with.  The browns are fun people to visit, there are birds of all descriptions surrounding their home, chickens, turkeys ducks, doves, geese… you name it these guys do it.  Their eggs are great, their chickens make great dinners, especially when we have friends like them to share it with:)

These two are both from Russia, but they met in Canada, and the rest is history.  It was beautiful to hear their story and their excitement about building their lives together.

4 years ago, I was the photographer at Gillian and Dillon’s wedding.  It is always exciting for me to be able to photograph people at different milestones in their life, and here is the bump to be the baby in the baby carriage.  So excited for this sweet couple to experience the joys of parenthood:)
