What a fun day I had with these guys! Starting with the close knit group of gals gathered together to help prepare the bride, stopping off on the way to the wedding at Yummy’s and Gyros for a bite to eat for lunch. Rolling up in the mustang to a drift wood ceremony site, made with love by the groom’s bare hands. We enjoyed a laid back ceremony punctuated with much laughter and Jon’s heroic rescue of his bride from the wasp caught in the veil. After pictures, the friends and family gathered in the Black Creek hall where so much loved was shared and showed. A highly moving moment was hearing about Maranda’s involvement with “Butterflies in Spirit,” a group that raises awareness on murdered and missing First Nations women, and hearing the group sing a beautiful song.
